Cloud Architect & Engineering Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Architecture and Engineering Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and performant cloud-based solutions.
You will be responsible for designing our Cloud Architecture with a hands-on approach in collaboration with our development team to establish DevOps practices and processes and will also play a key role in ensuring the security of our SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. The role is for 6 months with an option to extend.
Why we need you
- Design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with our business requirements and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with our development team to establish DevOps practices and processes, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Implement cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking
- Configure and manage cloud security measures to protect our SaaS platform
- Document cloud architecture and engineering decisions
- Provide technical support to our development team
- Stay up to date on the latest cloud technologies and trends
Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering
- Proven record of accomplishment of designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and performant cloud-based solutions for multiple offerings
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
