Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes we do, if you choose annual billing you pay an amount equal to 10 times the monthly subscription fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept payments via bank transfer, but we will extend this to include online payments.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you do, we will recalculate your monthly subscription fee from the date of the upgrade. Downgrades are not possible within the contract term, but only on renewal (which is annual).

Do you offer special pricing for partners and resellers?

Yes, VirtualMetric has a partner-first strategy. Partners get a discount or reseller commission. Contact [email protected] for more information on our partner program.

Can I get volume-based discounts for large-scale deployments?

For larger deployments, automatic discounts apply. Please get in touch with sales for more information.

What happens if I exceed my data limit?

When calculating your data ingest volume we measure this on a rolling average basis, using the last 7 days. If you exceed your data limit based on this metric you should contact sales to upgrade your subscription.
